Shanties

Many of my photographs include images of the water and surrounding coastal areas. Over the years, I have grown to admire the simplicity of shanties and think they are a captivating element of the coastal scene. All of them have history and a story behind them. Their colors are often times loud, which is aesthetically compelling, giving they are surrounded by more neutral nautical tones.
