What sizes do you offer?

Popular sizes include 8x10, 16×20, and 32×40. For 2:3 aspect ratios, popular print sizes include 8x12, 12x18 and 16x24. Custom sizing is available on request.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most print orders ship within 5–7 business days. Framed pieces may take up to 3 weeks as they are carefully printed, mounted, and framed by hand.

What kind of paper do you use?

Photographic prints are made on Kodak Endura professional paper, known for its vibrant color, clean whites, and deep blacks. All photographs are lustre coated; an eco-friendly, non-flammable roller-applied coating which provides superior protection against fingerprints and UV exposure, while enhancing the look of the print.

Can I return or exchange my print?

Because each piece is custom-made, returns are only accepted for damaged or defective prints. If something arrives damaged, we’ll replace it quickly and at no cost to you.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and delivery times vary based on destination.

Do you offer other finishes besides traditional framed prints (canvas, acrylic, etc.)?

Yes. In addition to traditional matted & framed prints, I offer canvas gallery wraps, acrylic face-mounted prints, and metal prints for a modern, frameless look. If you have a specific space or style in mind, I can recommend the best medium for your image. Just click on the 'custom order' button under the 'add to cart' button and fill out your request.

When I order a framed print, what size is the final piece including matting and frame?

-Premium matte finished wood frames are 1" wide or less for 8x10" and 8x12" prints, 1.25"-1.5" wide for 12x18" and 16x20" prints, and 2-3" wide for 24x36" and 32x40" prints, unless specified otherwise by the customer.

-All framed prints include white matting:

1" matting for 8 x 10" and 8 x 12" prints.

1.5" matting for 12 x 18" and 16 x 20" prints

3" matting for 24 x 36" and 32 x 40" prints.
